December 2007...We launched a brand new restaurant bar after only one month of scrambling and massive renovations. Our atmosphere took on a decisively transient approach with construction tape, hard hats, staff outfitted in overalls, naked pipes...you remember. We knew we would be closing to relaunch in 2009, hence the Work In Progress concept. Feedback was garnered from all patrons which would then be incorporated in our road map towards the new outlet. This notion was also applied to our food and drinks and we began to carve a niche for ourselves by providing a delicious mix of local, Western, Northern Indian cuisine and some pretty mean cocktails.
